Introduction and Chapters 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
If you are using the Fortini Brown and Turner texts (references on the course outline) as alternatives to the Welch text you should read the texts in their entirety.
As noted in our previous class there is a conflict with respect to the class dates on the course outline. Since Monday May 21 is a holiday we will have no class that evening. The test, which was scheduled for that date has now been changed to Wednesday May 16. Due to the holiday we will now have a final class meeting on Wednesday May 23. Please take special note of these changes (see Lecture Schedule below) and mark your calendars accordingly.
With respect to the test format please note that I have shortened the length of the test to 30 minutes. The test will consist of two questions related to material discussed in class. You will be given 15 minutes to provide short responses to each question. I will be covering the format in more detail during our next class on Monday May 14.
ALSO... Please note that I will be forwarding your e-tickets (Air Transat flights) over the weekend. You will receive your e-ticket by email before Monday morning. Please retain this e-ticket in your files and print a copy to bring to the airport on the day of departure (Friday May 25). Shoud you have any questions feel free to contact me by email.
